We are now learning more

We are now learning more about processing and adding value to our garden’s fruits, berries, vegetables and herbs. During the month of October, Asya is participating in a workshop at “Eldrimner”, Sweden’s national centre of small scale processing of food situated in Jämtland.

The near-future plan is to process our farm’s products and sell some of them on our farm.

Accommodation closed temporarily

Accommodation possibility is temporarily closed as from 19th October 2009 to Christmas 2009 due to the renovation of the entrance, stairs and a new room. Other activities at the farm continue as normal.
